An ardent entrepreneur since starting her own neighborhood business at age 12, Kranyak opened her first restaurant (the much loved Ten Tables) when she was 28 years old. Inspired by traveling in Italy, Spain and France, she pioneered farm-to-table back home, opening, owning and operating multiple, successful restaurants from Jamaica Plain and Cambridge to Provincetown.

Now, with over three decades in the food industry, Kranyak brings her experience to BCRP where, as a commercial real estate sales associate, she is committed to fostering success for each and every one of her clients. Kranyak draws on a deep market knowledge, brokering the perfect fit for developers and business owners alike—a fit that is profitable and sustainable, that fosters commercial vitality, and further enhances unique neighborhood communities.

With a knack for success, an eye for talent, and active connections in the professional scene, Kranyak works tirelessly consulting with her clients to actualize their entrepreneurial aspirations. A New England native, Kranyak travels further afield for inspiration, bringing a cutting-edge esthetic and an appreciation for intimate old world ambiance and simple elements that create a niche and promote prosperous development.

Krista studied psychology and Spanish at SCSU in New Haven and resides in Roslindale with her wife, two children and their goldendoodle Nikita.
