Our specialty includes hospitality leasing for restaurants and entertainment venues in urban, often mixed-use environments including office, luxury residential, and hotel product types. For all of our clients, we remain active in every aspect of the search, lease negotiation, design, zoning, permitting, team building, and construction oversight, straight through to opening.
