LANDLORD AGENCY
We represent owners including ground-up developers,
institutional capital sources, partnerships, and families with underwriting the value of their
retail space, identifying tenants, and delivering unique and financially viable occupants that
add to the success of ownership’s bottom line. Our services include assistance with team
building by sourcing architects, designers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and
vendors to achieve a unified and thoughtful retail program and merchandise mix. BCRP stays
active with all of our leasing initiatives to ensure that spaces are opened successfully and on
time, and owners are collecting rent according to the terms of the lease.
TENANT REPRESENTATIVE
We help tenants of all shapes and sizes in evaluating
submarkets and reviewing opportunities to locate and grow their brands across the greater Boston
retail landscape. Our specialty includes hospitality leasing for restaurants and
entertainment venues in urban, often mixed-use environments including office, luxury
residential, and hotel product types. For all of our clients, we remain active in every
aspect of the search, lease negotiation, design, zoning, permitting, team building, and
construction oversight, straight through to opening.
INVESTMENT SALES
Our firm provides valuation and investment sales assistance
to owners seeking to sell land or property across greater Boston. We have been involved in
pre-planning and zoning review of property ahead of taking sites to market in order to ensure
that we are maximizing value and identifying appropriate buyers. We have represented
private owners and investors, non-profits, and developers to evaluate new opportunities to
purchase property or divest of assets in multiple product categories and vintages. Our
affiliates from Corbett Restaurant Group also provide business valuation and brokerage for the
sale of neighborhood-based businesses including all types of hospitality uses such as
restaurants, bars, cafes, wine, liquor, and convenience stores, and hybrid facilities across New
England.
DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY
With over 30 years of combined success in the Boston market including our principal’s
decade-long experience working in city government in Boston, BCRP brings a unique set of skills
and relationships that can assist developers, landlords, and tenants with the often challenging
and confusing regulatory and permitting environment across Boston and neighboring communities.
Our experience in all aspects of city planning, development review, infrastructure improvements
and connectivity, and the creation and growth of our open spaces and public realm, gives us a
particularly deep perspective into the inner workings of city, town, and state government across
urban and suburban Massachusetts. Our network of teammates and partners include a variety
of additional services that can be employed in community relations, local advocacy, and
consensus building for all manners of adaptive re-use and ground-up development.
