Peter Gori co-founded BCRP in 2018 to build upon his 20 year career working in the Boston market across several sectors of the commercial real estate industry and in city government.

Specializing in urban retail and restaurant leasing, investment sales and development consulting, Pete represents a variety of tenants, institutional investors and developers of mixed-use projects throughout Greater Boston. Having grown up in his family’s restaurant businesses in downtown Boston and on Cape Cod, Pete brings a unique owner and operator’s mentality to his retail and restaurant real estate and consulting practices.

With 20 years of combined real estate development, consulting, and permitting experience across Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, and the inner suburbs, Pete’s relationships and depth of knowledge of the inner workings of the city also aid clients as they navigate complex community and government relations processes for development permitting and licensing. Having served in a variety of positions in city government, including as the senior manager of public realm projects for the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA), now the BPDA at Boston’s City Hall, Pete’s experience extends through all aspects of the entitlements process including team building, project management, design review, and regulatory compliance.

The BRCP practice includes strategic advisory services for ground-up development projects, community relations, and government affairs for the real estate, hospitality, and the legalized medical and recreational marijuana industries.

Pete studied history at Boston College and resides in Jamaica Plain.
